评估线上线下认知功能压力管理项目对于肝细胞癌患者焦虑、抑郁、精神状态和生活质量的改善作用  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the improvement effects of online and offline cognitive function stress management programs on anxiety, depression, mental status and quality of life in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 组织病理学诊断为HCC； 2. 年满18周岁； 3. 患者准备接受手术切除； 4. 有意愿参与本研究； 5. 有意愿和能力配合在线干预。

Inclusion criteria

i) histopathologically diagnosed as HCC; ii) elder than 18 years old; iii) underwent surgical resection; iv) had the willingness to participate; v) had the willingness and ability to cooperate with online interventions.

排除标准：

1. 患有其他肿瘤； 2. 有血液学恶性疾病； 3. 有认知障碍或无基本理解和表达能力，无法完成问卷。

Exclusion criteria：

i) had other cancers; ii) had hematological malignant diseases; iii) had cognitive impairments or no abilities for the basic comprehension and expression to complete the questionnaires.

随机化是由一名指定的研究者按1:1的比例进行的，该研究者对患者的信息不知情。采用CLEANWEB?软件，采用块随机化方法(块大小为4)。根据随机化，将患者分为NC组(N = 127)和OO-CBSM组(N = 127)。

Randomization was conducted in a 1:1 ratio by a designated investigator who was blinded to the patient’s information. The CLEANWEB? software was used and the block randomization method was adopted (block size as 4). Based on the randomization, patients were divided into the NC group (N = 127) or the OO-CBSM group (N = 127).
