探讨中国老年ASCVD患者累积残余胆固醇暴露与主要不良心血管事件的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the association between cumulative remnant cholesterol exposure and major adverse cardiovascular events in elderly Chinese patients with ASCVD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥75岁 （2）明确诊断为ASCVD （3）有反复可追溯的住院记录

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥75 years (2) Diagnosis of ASCVD (3) Repeated and traceable records of hospitalization

排除标准：

（1）重度衰弱、长期卧床 （2）空腹血糖大于等于300 mg/dL （3）血清促甲状腺素水平高于6mIU/L或低于0.4mIU/L （4）基线有恶性肿瘤、认知障碍 （5）恶性心衰、恶性心律失常、重症脓毒血症 （6）终末期肾病、严重肝功能损害 （7）随访不连续的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe weakness (2) Fasting blood glucose > 300 mg/dL (3) serum thyrotropin level was higher than 6mIU/L or lower than 0.4mIU/L (4) Malignant tumor and cognitive impairment (5) Malignant heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, severe sepsis (6) End-stage renal disease, severe liver function damage (7) Patients with discontinuous follow-up
