研究目的：

观察麻醉诱导前5-10分钟心率变异性（heartrate variability，HRV）与术中低体温发生之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The correlations between the heartrate variability (HRV) and intraoperative hypothermia were observed 5-10 minutes before anesthesia induction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁或以上；
2.接受腹部大手术且预计持续2-4小时；
3.在全身麻醉下进行择期手术的患者；
4.知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years;
2. Major abdominal surgery expected to last 2-4 hours;
3. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia;
4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1.无窦性心律或正服用抗心律失常药物；
2.近期有发热史或正服用已知会影响体温的药物；
3.患严重心脑血管疾病或肝肾功能不全；
4.有出血或心肌梗死的特殊风险（由主治麻醉医师确定）；
5.术中出血>800毫升或术中循环不稳定（由主治麻醉医师确定）；
6.主治麻醉医师认为加入试验不符合患者的最佳利益。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No sinus rhythm or taking antiarrhythmic drugs;
2. Have a recent history of fever or are taking medications known to affect body temperature;
3. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or liver and kidney insufficiency;
4. Special risk of bleeding or myocardial infarction (as determined by the attending anesthesiologist);
5. Intraoperative bleeding >800 ml or intraoperative circulation instability (as determined by the attending anesthesiologist);
6. The attending anesthesiologist believes that it is not in the best interest of the patient to enroll in the trial.
