研究目的：

(1)本研究以ITHBC为指导,构建经阴道分娩的初产妇产后盆底肌锻炼的护理干预方案; (2)探讨护理干预方案在产后盆底肌锻炼的的应用效果，评价干预对于阴道分娩初产妇盆底肌力、PFD 相关症状、盆底肌锻炼自我效能、生活质量与满意度的影响，提高患者的疾病认知水平和自主决策能力，促进其健康行为转变，改善其盆底康复效果?  

Objectives of Study：

(1) In this study, ITHBC was used as guidance to construct the nursing intervention program of postpartum pelvic floor muscle exercise for primipara who delivered vaginally; (2) To explore the application effect of nursing intervention program in postpartum pelvic floor muscle exercise, evaluate the impact of intervention on pelvic floor muscle strength, PFD-related symptoms, pelvic floor muscle exercise self-efficacy, quality of life and satisfaction of puerpera during vaginal delivery, improve patients' disease cognition level and autonomous decision-making ability, promote their health behavior transformation, and improve their pelvic floor rehabilitation effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准:①经临床医生诊断符合《盆腔器官脱垂的中国诊治指南(2020年版)》和《女性压力性尿失禁诊断和治疗指南(2017)》中盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断标准，确诊为轻中度PFD;②产后42天门诊复查单胎足月经阴道分娩初产妇;③年龄20-35周岁;④能够与研究员进行有效的交流、熟练使用微信等程序;⑤知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria :① According to the diagnosis criteria of pelvic floor dysfunction in 《the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pelvic Organ Prolapse (2020 Edition)》 and 《the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence (2017)》, the patients were diagnosed as mild to moderate PFDS; (2) 42 days after the birth, the clinic reviewed the single fetus foot menstrual vaginal delivery primipara; ③ Age 20-35; (4) Able to communicate effectively with researchers and proficient in using wechat and other programs; ⑤ Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①产钳分娩;②会阴损伤累及肛门括约肌或者肠壁;③存在妊娠疾病及产后严重并发症:子痫前期、子痫、心脏病等;④有心理、精神疾病既往史;⑤沟通障碍与躯体运动障碍;⑥孕前或孕期存在严重盆底疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

① forceps delivery; ② Perineal injury involving anal sphincter or intestinal wall; ③ There are pregnancy diseases and postpartum serious complications: preeclampsia, eclampsia, heart disease, etc.; (4) Have a history of psychological and mental illness; (5) communication disorders and physical movement disorders; ⑥ Serious pelvic floor diseases exist before pregnancy or during pregnancy.
