研究目的：

（1）通过回顾性研究探究口腔种植早期失败和并发症的影响因素，以降低其发生率。 （2）根据研究结果，构建口腔种植早期失败及并发症的预测模型，为临床决策提供早期预警机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the influencing factors of early failure and complications of oral implants through a retrospective study in order to reduce their incidence. (2) To construct a prediction model for early failure and complications of oral implants based on the study results to provide an early warning mechanism for clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①天津医科大学口腔医院种植科具有10年以上种植经验的主任医生2017年1月至2022年7月植入的种植体
②符合种植修复适应症
③无明显种植手术禁忌症
④患者知情同意

Inclusion criteria

① Implants placed from January 2017 to July 2022 by a chief physician with more than 10 years of implant experience in the Department of Implantology of Tianjin Medical University Dental Hospital
② Meet the indications for implant restoration
③ No obvious contraindications to implant surgery
④ Patient informed consent

排除标准：

①正在接受放疗或化疗的患者
②并发骨质疏松、癌症、甲肝、丙肝、甲状腺功能异常、高血脂、抑郁症、克罗恩病、服用双磷酸盐的患者
③临床资料不完整的患者

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who are receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy
② Patients with coexisting osteoporosis, cancer, hepatitis A, hepatitis C, abnormal thyroid function, hyperlipidemia, depression, Crohn's disease, or taking bisphosphonates
③ Patients with incomplete clinical information
