研究目的：

探究中药天然成分小檗碱对精神分裂症认知功能及代谢异常辅助治疗的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy of berberine, a natural component of traditional Chinese medicine, in the treatment of cognitive function and metabolic abnormalities in schizophrenia

纳入标准：

1.符合《世界卫生组织精神与行为障碍类别目录（ICD-11）》中“精神分裂症”诊断标准；
2.年龄在16周岁～60岁之间，男女不限；
3.患者本人或家属自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书；
4.小学及以上文化程度，经解释说明后能够理解本研究中评估方式、内容和过程。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "schizophrenia" in the World Health Organization Classification of Mental and Behavioral Disorders (ICD-11);

2. The age is between 16 and 60 years old, regardless of gender;

3. The patient or his family members voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form;

4. Students with primary school education and above can understand the evaluation method, content and process in this study after explanation.

排除标准：

1.患有下述疾病：癫痫等神经系统疾病，急慢性肾功能衰竭，严重糖尿病，心、肝、肾、内分泌代谢系统、血液系统等躯体疾病或可能干扰试验评估的疾病；
2.吸毒及其他精神活性物质依赖者；
3.色盲、色弱、非右利手者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from the following diseases: epilepsy and other neurological diseases, acute and chronic renal failure, severe diabetes, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and metabolic system, blood system and other physical diseases or diseases that may interfere with the test evaluation;

2. Drug addicts and other psychoactive substances;

3. Color blind, color weak, non-right-handed.
