研究目的：

(1)了解慢性肾脏病患者盐阈水平 (2)分析慢性肾脏病患者味觉障碍的影响因素 (3)了解慢性肾脏病患者限盐饮食认知与态度 (4)构建干预方案并对慢性肾脏病患者进行限盐干预 (5)评价患者盐阈及生理生化指标变化  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Understand the salt threshold level of patients with chronic kidney disease. (2) Analyze the influencing factors of taste impairment in patients with chronic kidney disease. (3) Understand the cognition and attitude of salt-restricted diet in patients with chronic kidney disease. (4) Construct an intervention plan and provide information on chronic kidney disease Salt restriction intervention in patients with disease. (5) Evaluation of changes in salt threshold and physiological and biochemical indicators in patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

CKD患者：①　符合慢性肾脏疾病诊断者：（以下任意一项指标，持续时间超过3个月，即可诊断）白蛋白尿（UAER≥30mg/24h或UACR≥30mg/g）；尿沉渣异常；肾小管病变；组织学异常；影像学所见结构异常；肾移植病史；eGFR＜60ml/min/1.73m2
②　年龄在18-70之间、知情同意并自愿参加干预项目的患者
志愿者：知情同意并且自愿参加干预项目者

Inclusion criteria

CKD patients :① Those who meet the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease: (any of the following indicators, lasting more than 3 months, can be diagnosed) albuminuria (UAER ≥ 30mg/24h or UACR ≥ 30mg/g); abnormal urine sediment; renal tubular disease; Histological abnormalities; structural abnormalities seen on imaging; history of kidney transplantation; eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2
② Patients aged 18-70, with informed consent and voluntarily participating in intervention programs
Volunteers: Informed consent and voluntary participation in intervention projects

排除标准：

CKD患者：①　存在精神疾病无法主动配合干预者
②　存在口腔疾患或行口腔手术六月以下可影响盐阈测试者
③　接受肾脏替代治疗者
志愿者：①　存在精神疾病无法主动配合干预者
②　存在口腔疾患或行口腔手术六月以下可影响盐阈测试者
③　接受肾脏替代治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

CKD patients:① Those who have mental illness and cannot actively cooperate with intervention.
② Those who have oral diseases or undergo oral surgery below 6 months, which can affect the salt threshold test.
③ Those who receive kidney replacement therapy.

Volunteers: ① Those with mental illness who cannot actively cooperate with the intervention
② Those with oral diseases or oral surgery under 6 months can affect the salt threshold test
③ Those receiving renal replacement therapy
