研究目的：

探讨后复合体长度与穿刺深度比是否具有预测产妇困难椎管内穿刺价值及超声实时指导困难穿刺效果  

Objectives of Study：

Explore whether the ratio of posterior complex length and puncture depth measured by ultrasound have some value in predicting the difficult puncture of spinal anaesthesia in cesarean deliveries or not and the effect of real-time guidance by ultrasound on difficult puncture

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在研究单位择期进行腰麻下剖宫产的产妇：1）年龄20~40岁；2）ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级；3）单胎妊娠

Inclusion criteria

Parturients who are scheduled for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia in the research stitution: 1) aged 20~40 years; 2) ASA I~III grade; 3) Singleton pregnancy

排除标准：

1）拒绝实施腰麻者
2）高危妊娠（子痫、前置胎盘）
3）脊柱畸形或脊柱手术史
4）腰麻禁忌症（穿刺部位感染、凝血功能障碍、局部麻醉过敏）

Exclusion criteria：

1）rejection of spinal anesthesia
2）high risk pregnancy (eclampsia, placenta previa)
3）a history of spinal deformity or spinal surgery
4）contrain-dications to spinal anesthesia (infection of the puncture site, coagulation dysfunction, allergy to local anesthesia)
