研究目的：

1. 突破目前方法的局限，明确能量代谢特征标志物作为药物性肝损伤血清标志物的可行性，为抗结核药物诱发肝损伤的诊断提供新的技术手段；了解能量代谢特征对免疫炎性、氧化应激标志指标的影响，探索其作用靶点。 2. 明确能量代谢变化对活动性肺结核患者肝损伤发生风险的影响，分析其与肝损伤机制的关联，为建立肝损伤防控策略提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Break through the limitations of current methods, clarify the feasibility of energy metabolism characteristic markers as serum markers of drug-induced liver injury, and provide new technical means for the diagnosis of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury; Understand the influence of energy metabolism characteristics on markers of immunoinflammation and oxidative stress, and explore their targets. 2. To clarify the effect of energy metabolism changes on the risk of liver injury in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, analyze its association with liver injury mechanism, and provide new ideas for the establishment of liver injury prevention and control strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入年龄16~85 岁，进入DOTS（directly observed treatment short course）治疗管理，抗结核化疗时间未超过1 周；有固定家庭住址可进行追踪随访者。

Inclusion criteria

The age of 16~85 years old was included, and the treatment management of DOTS (directly observed treatment short course), and the anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy time did not exceed 1 week; Have a fixed home address to follow up with those who can be followed.

排除标准：

有肝损伤史或入院时疑似肝损伤；疑似耐多药结核，有肺外结核；病情严重可能在治疗开始数周内死亡者；HIV 感染；患者有肾病、冠心病、恶性肿瘤、精神疾病患者或酗酒者；孕妇及哺乳期妇女；近期（一个月内）有创伤、手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

history of liver injury or suspected liver injury on admission; suspected multidrug-resistant TB, with extrapulmonary TB; those who are severely ill and may die within weeks of the start of treatment; HIV infection; Patients with kidney disease, coronary heart disease, malignant tumors, psychiatric disorders or alcoholics; pregnant and lactating women; Those who have recently (within one month) trauma or surgery.
