研究目的：

1. 探索肿瘤患者非心脏手术后心肌损伤(MINS)的相关危险因素，并构建该类患者MINS的预测模型. 2. 肿瘤患者出现MINS对于院内全因死亡率，术后90天全因死亡率和一年全因死亡率的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore risk factors of myocardial injury after noncardiac surgery (MINS) in cancer patients, and develop a prediction model for MINS in this patient population. 2. To investigate the short-term effect (in-hospital all-cuase mortality) and long-term effects(90d all-cause mortality and 1year all-cause mortality) of MINS on postoperative patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 术后 7 天内进行了心肌钙蛋白检测的术后肿瘤患者; 2. 年龄>18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. cancer patients who had at least one blood troponin concentration obtained during the initial 7 postoperative days; 2. age> 18 years old

排除标准：

1. 术前出现心肌钙蛋白升高； 2. 术后心肌钙蛋白数据缺失； 3. 未成年患者； 4. 手术时间 < 30 min。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who had preoperative troponin concentrations elevated; 2. patients with postoperative troponin missing; 3. under-age patients; 4. surgery duration < 30 min.
