研究目的：

本研究将高压氧治疗应用于新冠感染患者，探索其对咳嗽及其他影响生活质量症状的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, hyperbaric oxygen therapy was applied to patients with COVID-19 infection to explore its effect on improving cough and other symptoms affecting quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①所有患者均符合新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案（试行第十版）中的新冠肺炎诊断标准。②新冠阳性者转阴后入仓进行高压氧治疗。

Inclusion criteria

① All patients met the diagnostic criteria for COVID-19 in the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for novel coronavirus infection (trial version 10). ② The COVID-19 positive patients turned negative and were put into the warehouse for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

排除标准：

①生命体征不平稳，无法耐受外出高压氧治疗；②合并严重肺气肿，肺大泡，气胸，肺癌（正在应用抗肿瘤药物）等呼吸系统疾病；③合并心脏衰竭，肝肾功能不全等严重基础疾病；④不能配合高压氧治疗；⑤治疗依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The vital signs were unstable and could not tolerate outside hyperbaric oxygen treatment; ② Patients with respiratory diseases such as severe emphysema, pulmonary bulla, pneumothorax, lung cancer (being treated with antitumor drugs); ③ With serious underlying diseases such as heart failure, liver and kidney insufficiency; (4) Can not be combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment; (5) Poor treatment compliance.
