研究目的：

帕金森病焦虑症（APD）是与帕金森病（PD）发病机制密切相关的病症， 由于种种原因导致医师与患者认识不足， 使得患者未能得到较好的诊断和治疗。APD发病率高，会加剧了PD患者的症状并增加其死亡风险，是PD治疗过程中亟待解决的问题。研究者基于中医理论，提出APD的病机与《金匮要略》记载的“脏躁”病一致，即脏腑阴虚，又结合APD 与炎症因子水平相关的现代病理机制研究结果，拟开展甘麦大枣汤治疗APD的临床研究。目的是发掘经方甘麦大枣汤新的临床应用，为APD 患者寻求有效、安全的治疗措施； 进一步， 研究其对APD 患者血清中MCP-1、CRP、TNF-α 影响， 探讨甘麦大枣汤是否通过抑制炎症因子， 发挥改善APD 的效果， 为后续深入挖掘此经方的应用奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Anxiety in Parkinson's disease (APD) is a symptom closely related to the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD). Due to various reasons, doctors and patients are not well aware of APD, which makes patients fail to get better diagnosis and treatment. The high incidence of APD,and APD will exacerbate the symptoms of PD patients and increases the risk of death. Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of PD treatment. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, we proposed that the pathogenesis of APD was consistent with the "Zang Zao" disease recorded in Synopsis Golden Chamber, namely viscera Yin deficiency, combined with the modern pathological mechanism,APD is related to the level of inflammatory factors, we plan to conduct this study carry out the clinical research on Ganmaidazao decoction treating APD. The purpose is to seek effective and safe treatment measures for APD patients, as well as explore the new clinical application of the Ganmaidazao decoction; furtherly,we will study the change on MCP-1, CRP and TNF-α in APD patients, exploreing whether Ganmaidazao decoction can improve APD by inhibiting inflammatory response, and establish the foundation for further exploration of the application.

纳入标准：

1: 符合PD 诊断标准者

2: 符合焦虑诊断者

3: 年龄55～ 80岁

4: 神志清楚， 生命体征平稳

5: 自愿接受本实验研究且知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1: Patients who was diagnosed as Parkinson's disease

2: Have anxiety symptoms

3: 55～80 years old

4: Clear of mind and stable vital signs

5: Voluntarily accept the experimental study and gave informed consent

排除标准：

1: 不符合诊断标准和纳入标准者

2: 有较重大疾病者， 如脑外伤、严重的肝肾、血液、肿瘤、内分泌疾病等

3: 同时参与其他药物临床试验者

4: 有严重的精神疾病（ 抑郁合并焦虑状态的患者除外）；

5: 有酗酒史或药物滥用史者

6: 糖尿病者或糖耐量异常者

7: 对本研究使用的药物过敏者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients who cannot be diagnosed as Anxiety of Parkinson's disease

2: Have serious diseases, such as brain trauma, serious liver and kidney, blood, tumor, endocrine diseases

3: Participate in the clinical trials of other drugs at the same time

4: Have severe mental illness (except for patients with depression and anxiety status

5: Alcoholism or substance abuse

6: Diabetes mellitus or abnormal glucose tolerance

7: Allergy to the drugs used in this study.
