研究目的：

通过实施回应性喂养干预旨在提高母亲母乳喂养的自信心，提高中国的纯母乳喂养率，次要目的是改善喂养者在婴儿生命早期的喂养方式，降低超重与肥胖儿的患病率，并帮助婴幼儿建立长期健康的饮食行为。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the implementation of responsive feeding intervention, the aim is to improve the self-confidence of mothers in breastfeeding and the exclusive breastfeeding rate in China. The secondary purpose is to improve the feeding methods of feeders in the early life of infants, reduce the prevalence of overweight and obese infants, and help infants to establish long-term healthy eating behaviors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①已婚，产妇年龄≥20岁，孕周≥37周单胎足月妊娠；②无精神疾病，无严重传染病；③具有当地户籍或在当地居住6个月以上；④愿意在产后6个月内进行母乳喂养。

Inclusion criteria

① married, maternal age ≥ 20 years, gestational week ≥ 37 weeks singleton full-term pregnancy; ② no psychiatric disorders and no serious infectious diseases; ③ having local household registration or living in the area for more than 6 months; ④ willingness to breastfeed within 6 months after delivery.

排除标准：

①多胎、高危妊娠或母亲在妊娠或分娩时有严重并发症者 ②早产、新生儿Apgar评分（1分钟或5分钟＜7分）或出生体重（＜2500g，≥4000g）及新生儿有严重缺陷（如吞咽困难），需要治疗并与母亲分离者 ③母亲有严重精神病、急慢性传染病者不能进行母乳喂养 ④母亲有严重乳头缺陷者 ⑤不具备正常读写能力的母亲。

Exclusion criteria：

① multiple births, high-risk pregnancy or serious complications of the mother during pregnancy or delivery ② prematurity, newborn Apgar score (1 min or 5 min <7) or birth weight (<2500g, ≥4000g) and newborns with severe defects (such as dysphagia), requiring medical treatment and separation from the mother ③ maternal severe mental illness, acute and chronic infectious diseases who cannot breastfeed ④Mothers with serious nipple defects. ⑤ Mothers who do not have the ability to read and write normally.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF 与EDC结合。数据采集采用纸质版问卷以及电子文档录入的方式结合进行。采集到的病人信息和试验数据将通过纸质文档或电子文档保存。每个病人根据入组时间均有一个排列的序号，方便查询。注意，病人的姓名将不被记录，病人说有的信息将严格进行保密。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

CRF combined with EDC.Data collection will be performed using a combination of paper-based questionnaires as well as electronic file entry. The collected patient information and trial data will be stored in paper files or electronic files. Each patient will have an aligned serial number based on the time of enrollment for easy reference. Note that the patient's name will not be recorded and any information that the patient says he/she has will be kept strictly confidential.
