研究目的：

研究、对比双二类牵引与双侧二类牵引在安氏Ⅱ类，特别是伴有下颌后缩的成年患者的临床治疗中的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To study and compare the clinical effects of double Class II traction and bilateral Class II traction in the clinical treatment of Class II patients, especially adult patients with mandibular retrusion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②安氏Ⅱ类错合，磨牙关系远中尖对尖到完全远中，伴有下颌后缩；③均为拔牙病例；④上下颌牙尖均无明显磨耗；⑤无正畸治疗史，外伤史，关节创伤史；⑥无颌面部其他软硬组织疾患，全身状况良好。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 18 years; ② Class II malocclusion, molar distal to apical to completely distal, with mandibular retrusion; ③ All were cases of tooth extraction; ④ There was no significant wear on the upper and lower cusps; ⑤ No history of orthodontic treatment, trauma, joint trauma; ⑥ No other maxillofacial soft and hard tissue diseases, and the general condition is good.

排除标准：

1.患有可能影响正畸治疗效果的疾病包括但不限于先天性心脏病、糖尿病、高血压等，其他无行为能力或限制行为能力的人等；
2.经医生检查后觉得存在不适合纳入的其他情况；
3.对矫治器材料过敏等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.People suffering from diseases that may affect the effect of orthodontic treatment, including but not limited to congenital heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc., and other incapacitated or limited behavioral capacity;
2.After examination by a doctor, it is felt that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for inclusion;
3.Allergy to appliance materials, etc.
