评价预保温策略相比常规保温策略可改善腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术老年患者围术期凝血功能  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of prewarming strategy on perioperative coagulation function in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery compared with conventional thermal insulation strategy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术的患者、年龄60-80岁、ASA分级II～III级、BMI 18.5～26.9kg/m2、并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

patients aged 60-80 years, ASA grade II-III, BMI 18.5-26.9 kg/m2 who were scheduled for elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

既往代谢改变（甲状腺或肾上腺疾病）、术前出现发热性疾病（术前体温＞37℃）、术前有重要器官功能障碍者、视听力、语言交流障碍、长期用阿片或安定药、未签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with previous metabolic changes (thyroid or adrenal diseases), febrile disease (preoperative body temperature > 37℃), patients with vital organ dysfunction before surgery, patients with visual, hearing, language and communication disorders, patients with long-term use of opioids or antipsychotic drugs, and patients without signed informed consent.
