研究目的：

观察牛磺熊去氧胆酸胶囊在真实医疗环境下治疗胆囊结石患者胆囊切除术后的消化不良并发症的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of taurine ursodeoxycholic acid capsule in the treatment of dyspepsia complications after cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones in a real medical environment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

受试者必须满足以下所有入选标准才可入选本研究：
1.年龄18-80周岁（含边界值），性别不限；
2.影像学检查诊断为胆囊结石，且进行胆囊切除术；
3.术后回院复诊时出现消化不良症状（如食欲不振、早饱、嗳气、恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛/腹部不适、腹泻、反流等）；
4.研究者认为可在出现消化不良症状时服用牛磺熊去氧胆酸胶囊；
5.受试者表示知情同意、自愿受试并签署知情同意书，并同意按照试验方案的要求参加所有的访视与检查。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects must meet all the following inclusion criteria to be enrolled in this study:
1. Age 18-80 (including boundary value), gender unlimited;
2. Cholecystolithiasis was diagnosed by imaging examination and cholecystectomy was performed;
3. Symptoms of dyspepsia (such as anorexia, early satiety, belching, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain/abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, reflux, etc.) occur when returning to the hospital after surgery;
4. Researchers believe that taurine ursodeoxycholic acid capsules can be taken when dyspepsia occurs;
5. The subjects expressed informed consent, volunteered to be tested and signed the informed consent form, and agreed to participate in all visits and inspections according to the requirements of the test protocol.

排除标准：

受试者如果满足以下任何一项均将被排除：
1.因其它器质性疾病引起的术后消化不良症状；
2.合并有影响其生存的严重疾病或精神疾病，或者已知或确诊活动性溃疡或十二指肠溃疡，或者经研究者判断不适合参与本临床试验的其他情况；
3.对牛磺熊去氧胆酸胶囊所含任何成份过敏者，或过敏体质者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects will be excluded if they meet any of the following conditions:
1. Postoperative dyspepsia caused by other organic diseases;
2. It is complicated with serious disease or mental disease that affects its survival, or known or confirmed active ulcer or duodenal ulcer, or other conditions that are judged by the researcher to be unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial;
3. Those who are allergic to any ingredient contained in taurine ursodeoxycholic acid capsules, or those with allergic constitution.
