通过本项目的研究，探索手术时机对自发性幕上深部脑出血预后的影响，为改善自发性脑出血的手术疗效提供依据.  

Objectives of Study：

Through the study of this project, the influence of surgical timing on the prognosis of spontaneous supratentorial deep intracerebral hemorrhage was explored, and the basis for improving the surgical efficacy of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage was provided.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 首次自发性脑出血；
（2） 血肿主体位于基底节区；
（3） 年龄≥18岁；
（4） 显微镜或神经内镜辅助手术；

Inclusion criteria

(1) The first spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage; (2) The hematoma was mainly located in the basal ganglia region; (3) Age ≥18 years old; (4) microscope-assisted surgery or neuroendoscopic surgery;

排除标准：

（1） 特定原因出血（动脉瘤、脑血管畸形、肿瘤、外伤）；
（2） 发病时间不明确；
（3） 血小板计数＜100x10^9；
（4） 凝血功能障碍（INR＞1.4）；
（5） 血肿破入脑室且有脑室铸型或脑积水；
（6） 血肿破入脑干；
（7） 一侧或双侧瞳孔扩大，同时GCS评分＜8分；
（8） GCS评分≤4分；
（9） 出血前合并严重的肝功能不全、肾功能不全、心功能不全、肺功能不全；
（10） 出血前mRS评分≥3分；
（11） 合并妊娠；
（12） 合并恶性肿瘤；
（13） 裸眼手术；
（14） 去骨瓣减压手术；
（15） 血肿穿刺手术（立体定向、硬通道、软通道）；
（16） 双侧脑出血；
（17） 术前意识加深至浅昏迷（如果入院时患者的意识为浅昏迷，则不排除）；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) hemorrhage of specific causes (aneurysm, cerebrovascular malformation, tumor, trauma); (2) The onset time is not clear; (3) Platelet count < 100x10^9; (4) Coagulation dysfunction (INR > 1.4); (5) The hematoma had broken into the ventricle with ventricle casting or hydrocephalus; (6) Hematoma burst into the brain stem; (7) Dilated pupils on one or both sides, and GCS score < 8; (8) GCS score ≤4 points; (9) severe hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency and pulmonary insufficiency before bleeding; (10) mRS Score ≥3 points before bleeding; (11) combined pregnancy; (12) Complicated with malignant tumor; (13) open eye surgery; (14) decompressive craniectomy; (15) Hematoma puncture surgery (stereotactic, hard channel, soft channel); (16) bilateral cerebral hemorrhage; (17) Increased consciousness to shallow coma before surgery (if the patient's consciousness is shallow coma at admission, it can not be ruled out);
