药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）5年内从高原返回平原地区的部队官兵；
（2）年龄在18-60岁之间的人群；
（3）受试者提供书面知情同意

Inclusion criteria

(1) Troops returning from the high altitude to the plain within 5 years;
(2) People aged between 18 and 60;
(3) The subject endorsed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患有恶性肿瘤；
（2）罹患传染性疾病；
（3）拒绝的受试人群。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering malignant tumor;
(2) Suffering from infectious diseases;
(3) Subjects who refused.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集采用陆军军医大学第二附属医院住院病人管理系统及手术病人管理系统，将临床收集的病例转为病例报告表，报告表的纸质版和实验记录放于第二附属医院心血管内科实验室保管；实验室专人对患者临床资料病例报告表的电子版和纸质版及实验记录进行归档、管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected and registered by the inpatient management system and surgical patient management system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Military Medical University. Clinical cases were converted into case report forms, and paper versions of the report forms and experimental records were placed in the Laboratory of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital for safekeeping. Special personnel in the laboratory will archive and manage the electronic and paper versions of patient clinical data case report forms and experimental records.
