研究目的：

建立儿童心律失常专项数据库系统，包含研究所需要的完整数据项目, 涵盖了患者从一般情况到术前、术中、术后以至转归的所有数据资料，满足临床管理、医学统计、科研应用等要求，并为远程信息共享互换研究设计提供数字化信息。对大样本病例进行多层次相关危险因素分级和疗效评估，利用心律失常专项数据库对我院2000年至今完成的1000余例各类儿童心律失常射频消融治疗的相关数据进行分类统计, 并试行多因素对比分析研究；利用数据库对以后在我院进行射频消融治疗的各类儿童心律失常进行前瞻性队列研究。  

Objectives of Study：

A special database system for arrhythmias in children was established, containing all the data items needed for the study, covering all the data of patients from general conditions to preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative, and even transfer, meeting the requirements of clinical management, medical statistics, and scientific research applications, and providing digital information for remote information sharing and interchangeable research design. The data of more than 1,000 cases of children's arrhythmias treated by radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from 2000 to the present were categorized and analyzed using the arrhythmia-specific database, and a multi-factor comparative analysis study was conducted on a trial basis; the database was used to conduct a prospective cohort study of children's arrhythmias treated by radiofrequency ablation in our hospital. A prospective cohort study of all types of arrhythmias in children treated with radiofrequency ablation in our hospital was conducted using the database.

纳入标准：

1.年龄＜18周岁；
2.确诊为心律失常的患儿；
3.同意被纳入本研究，并签署知情同意书及相关伦理协议。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age <18 years
2.Children diagnosed with arrhythmias
3.Agree to be included in this study, and sign informed consent and related ethical agreements.

排除标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁；
2.患有其他未被控制的疾病，不适合纳入本研究的；
3.拒绝签署相关伦理协议或拒绝被纳入本研究的；
4.研究者认为不适合纳入本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age ≥ 18 years
2. Suffering from other uncontrolled diseases that make them unsuitable for inclusion in this study
3. Refusing to sign the relevant ethical agreement or refusing to be included in this study
4. Other circumstances that the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
