研究目的：

（1）硬膜外分娩镇痛对妊娠合并高血压疾病产妇血流动力学和脐血流的影响 （2）不同分娩镇痛给药模式对产妇围产期血流动力学和脐血流的影响  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Effects of epidural analgesia on hemodynamics and umbilical cord blood flow in pregnant women with hypertensive diseases (2) The effects of different delivery analgesic administration modes on perinatal hemodynamics and umbilical cord blood flow

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

计划于我院分娩镇痛下经阴道分娩产妇，年龄≥18岁，孕周≥37周。

Inclusion criteria

The women who planned to have vaginal delivery under labor analgesia in our hospital, aged ≥18 years old, gestational age ≥37 weeks.

排除标准：

急产；中转剖宫产；存在椎管内麻醉禁忌症；硬膜外穿刺失败或硬膜外阻滞无效；严重硬膜外阻滞并发症（局麻药中毒、全脊麻等）

Exclusion criteria：

An emergency labor; Transfer caesarean section; There are contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; Epidural puncture failed or epidural block failed; Severe epidural block complications (local anesthetic poisoning, general spinal anesthesia, etc.)
