研究目的：

1. 主要目的：观察术后补充含有不同营养成分的营养制剂对胃癌术后患者的营养状况的改善效果，重点观察含有胶原三肽和鱼油的全营养制剂类对胃癌术后患者的营养状况的改善效果。 2. 次要目的：观察术后补充含有不同营养成分的营养制剂对胃癌术后患者倾倒综合征、伤口愈合、免疫反应指标等的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To observe the effect of postoperative supplementation of nutritional preparations containing different nutrients on the nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer after surgery, and to focus on the improvement of nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer after surgery with full nutritional preparations containing collagen tripeptide and fish oil. 2. Secondary objective: To observe the effects of postoperative supplementation of nutritional preparations containing different nutrients on dumping syndrome, wound healing, and immune response indicators in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）病理诊断为胃癌且行胃切除术的患者； 2）能够确保术后第14天能够回到医院做随访检查的患者； 3）年龄≥18岁； 4）口齿清楚，能正常交流，无精神或神经疾病影响患者理解本研究； 5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients who are pathologically diagnosed with gastric cancer and undergo gastrectomy; 2) Patients who can ensure that they can return to the hospital for follow-up examination on the 14th day after surgery; 3) Age≥ 18 years old; 4) Clear speech, able to communicate normally, no psychiatric or neurological diseases affecting patients' understanding of this study; 5) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1） 患有其他部位恶性肿瘤； 2） 严重糖尿病或血糖控制不佳； 3） 麻痹性和机械性肠梗阻； 4） 消化道活动性出血及休克； 5） 严重腹泻、顽固性呕吐和严重吸收不良综合症。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Have malignant tumors in other sites; 2) severe diabetes or poor blood sugar control; 3) paralytic and mechanical intestinal obstruction; 4) Active gastrointestinal bleeding and shock; 5) Severe diarrhea, intractable vomiting and severe malabsorption syndrome.
