研究目的：

1.掌握神经外科术后客观意识评价关键技术及特点，基于脑电模式的术后意识状态特征提取及识别技术研究与应用； 2.整合神经外科术后客观意识评估技术，形成客观意识评价方案； 3.利用多模态客观意识状态评估方案和神经外科临床指标结合，优化神经外科术后拔管指征。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Master key technologies and characteristics of objective consciousness evaluation after neurosurgery, research and application of features extraction and recognition technology of postoperative consciousness state based on EEG pattern; 2. Integrate the objective consciousness evaluation technology after neurosurgery, and form an objective consciousness evaluation program; 3. Optimize the indications for extubation after neurosurgery by combining the multi-modal objective state of consciousness assessment scheme with neurosurgical clinical indicators.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-80岁神经外科术后的患者，性别不限；
2.神经外科颅脑手术患者；
3.术前ASA评级≤Ⅲ；
4.术中为全麻下气管插管。

Inclusion criteria

1.18-80 years old patients after neurosurgery, regardless of gender;
2. Patients with neurosurgery craniocerebral surgery;
3. preoperative ASA rating ≤ Ⅲ;
4. During the operation, trachea was intubated under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.入院已经插管或者气管切开患者；
2.脑干、颈髓病变手术患者；
3.长期服用阿片类止痛药物、抗抑郁药物患者；
4.困难气道、哮喘、茶馆困难病史患者；
5.术前存在认知功能低下以及心理精神心理疾病患者；
6.术前酒精、药物成瘾患者；怀孕及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have been intubated or tracheotomy;
2. Surgical patients with brain stem and cervical spinal cord diseases;
3. Patients who take opioid analgesics and antidepressants for a long time;
4. Patients with a history of difficult airway, asthma and teahouse;
5. Preoperative patients with low cognitive function and mental and psychological diseases;
6. Patients with alcohol and drug addiction before operation; Pregnant and lactating women.
