研究目的：

基于耳与宗脉密切相关性，尤其与足少阴肾经关系密切，而足少阴肾经循行 “夹咽喉”，又肾与膀胱相表里，足太阳膀胱经“入络脑”，申请者的目标在于证实耳穴刺激能够增强“耳-迷走反射”，同时还能通过脑内中枢调控，兴奋吞咽相关脑区，从而起到改善吞咽功能的作用。故本试验将从以下目标进行深入探讨： （1）脑干卒中后咽期吞咽功能障碍，源于神经网络中断，确认通过耳穴刺激，改善吞咽功能的临床现象，在治疗前、治疗后通过VFSS定量分析的舌骨喉复合体运动度，并使用表面肌电采集静息时表面肌电与吞咽动作时表面肌电数据，使用fMRI观察治疗前后脑干吞咽中枢模式发生器以及吞咽相关皮层的激活情况 （2）复习文献，探讨耳穴刺激改善吞咽的具体作用机制，包括反射机制与中枢调控机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on ears and close correlation of arteries and veins, especially closely associated with foot shaoyin kidney, and so on shaoyin kidney meridian courses "throat", and kidney and bladder, bladder after sufficient sun "into the complex brain", the applicant's goal is to confirm the points stimulation can enhance the "ear - the vagus reflex", as well as through the central regulation in the brain, excited swallowing related brain regions, Thus play a role in improving swallowing function. Therefore, this study will conduct in-depth discussion from the following objectives: (1) the brain stem phase pharyngeal swallowing dysfunction after stroke, is the result of neural network interruption, confirmed by ear stimulation, improve swallowing function of clinical phenomenon, before and after treatment by quantitative analysis of VFSS hyoid throat complex movement, and a table facial electrical gathering resting methods of electric and swallow the methods of electric data, FMRI was used to observe the activation of the swallowing pattern generator and the swallowing related cortex in the brainstem before and after treatment (2) To review the literature and explore the specific mechanism of auricular stimulation in improving swallowing, including reflex mechanism and central regulation mechanism.

纳入标准：

①符合以上诊断标准。
②意识清楚，生命体征平稳者。
③病程:脑卒中恢复期(两周-半年)。
④年龄：50-65岁。
⑤自愿参加本研究，并签署患者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the above diagnostic criteria.
② Clear consciousness and stable vital signs.
③ Course of disease: stroke recovery period (two weeks - half a year). .
④ Age: 50-65 years old.
⑤ Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

①排除重度认知障碍和交流障碍，不能配合检查和治疗者;(MMSE文盲组 <14,非文盲MK17分)。
②昏迷、气管切开、患有严重心、肾等脏器功能障碍，生命体征不稳定的患者。
③其他原因导致的吞咽障碍的患者。
④MRI检查禁忌者。
⑤耳部局部皮肤感染及胶布过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe cognitive disorders and communication disorders were excluded, and those who could not cooperate with examination and treatment were excluded; (MMSE illiterate group <14, non-illiterate MK17).
② Patients with coma, tracheotomy, serious organ dysfunction such as heart and kidney, and unstable vital signs.
③ Patients with dysphagia caused by other reasons.
④ Patients contraindicated by MRI examination.
(5) Ear local skin infection and tape allergy.
