研究目的：

1、分析藏族患者CT增强检查碘对比剂发生不良反应的高危因素 2、开展预防性护理干预降低不良反应的发生  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate and analyze the high risk factors of adverse effects caused by iodine contrast agent in Tibetan patients with CT enhancement 2. Perform a preventive nursing intervention to reduce the occurrence of adverse effect.

纳入标准：

接受CT增强检查的藏族住院患者，年龄>18岁。

Inclusion criteria

The Tibetan inpatient who received enhanced CT examination was >18 years old.

排除标准：

甲亢，精神病史、沟通或认知障碍，不能配合检查。

Exclusion criteria：

Hyperthyroidism, history of mental illness, communication or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with examination.

2023年4月-2023年9月做增强CT的藏族患者600例随机分配到对照组和干预组，各300例。由第三方统计专业人员利用电脑生成随机数字进行随机分配

From April 2023 to September 2023, 600 Tibetan patients receiving enhanced CT were randomly assigned to the control group and the intervention group, with 300 cases in each group. Random allocation by a statistician using computer-generated random numbers
