研究目的：

1. 明确肥胖与正常体重体检者HDL亚组分及蛋白组分的差异。 2. 探究肥胖与正常体重体检者HDL胆固醇流出、抗炎、抗氧化和抗血栓形成等功能的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the differences of HDL subfractions and proteomics in subjects with or without obesity. 2. To explore the differences of HDL functions, such as cholesterol efflux capacity, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, anti-thrombosis capacity in subjects with or without obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-65岁，男女不限；
2. 知情并签署同意参与本研究。
3. 肥胖组：BMI≥28kg/m2，对照组：18.5 kg/m2≤BMI<24 kg/m2.

Inclusion criteria

1. age 18-65 years old, males or females.
2. Informed and signed consent to participate in this study.
3. subjects with obesity with BMI≥28kg/m2, or subjects without obesity with BMI between 18.5 kg/m2 and 24 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女
2. 吸烟或过量饮酒；
3. 合并心脑血管疾病，如冠心病、心力衰竭、脑卒中等
4. 严重慢性肝肾功能不全；
5.合并其他疾病，如糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能低下、严重感染、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病等；
6.近2个月行大手术或发生外伤、烧伤或重大应激事件；
7.近3月曾服用调脂药物、抗氧化及非类固醇消炎镇痛药；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women
2.Smoking or excessive alcohol consumption
3.Suffering from cardiovascular disease such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, etc.
4.End-stage liver or kidney disease
5.Suffering from other diseases, such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, severe infection, tumor, autoimmune disease, etc.
6.Major surgery or traumatic events in the past 2 months;
7.Taken drugs for regulating lipid metabolism, resisting oxidative stress or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 3 months.
