研究目的：

①完成对ID被试的菌群干预共60例，采集干预前后相关临床数据和样本，完成随访，观察菌群干预对ID改善的效果是否具有长期效应; ②验证菌群干预对ID被试代谢状况和睡眠质量的调节作用，客观评价菌群干预对ID的改善情况; ③制定一套益生菌应用于ID的临床预防及治疗方法，为GM在ID的临床应用转化奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) A total of 60 cases of microflora intervention in ID subjects were completed. Relevant clinical data and samples were collected before and after the intervention, and follow-up was completed to observe whether the microflora intervention had a long-term effect on the improvement of ID. (2) To verify the regulation effect of bacterial flora intervention on metabolic status and sleep quality of ID subjects, and objectively evaluate the improvement of ID by bacterial flora intervention; (3) To develop a set of clinical prevention and treatment methods for the application of probiotics in ID, so as to lay the foundation for the clinical application transformation of GM in ID.

纳入标准：

ID被试入组标准:A.符合《美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册（第五版)》和《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准（第三版)》关于ID的诊断标准;B.符合量表和客观PSG诊断ID的标准，量表评分要求PSQI 27分;C.年龄18-60岁

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for ID subjects :A. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ID in the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition) and the Chinese Criteria for Classification and Diagnosis of Mental Disorders (3rd Edition); B. In line with the scale and objective criteria for PSG diagnosis ID, the scale score required PSQI27 points; C. Age 18-60

排除标准：

排除标准:A.睡眠障碍性疾病导致的失眠，如阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、睡眠周期性肢体运动等导致的失眠;B.严重自杀意念，严重精神障碍;C.曾经或目前有烟酒和药物滥用史;E.妊娠;F.1个月内服用过大于3天抗生素;G精神、神经疾病史，头部外伤史;H.家族遗传病;I重大躯体疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria :A. Insomnia caused by sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, sleep periodic limb movement, etc.; B. severe suicidal ideation, severe mental disorder; C. Has or currently has a history of tobacco, alcohol and drug abuse; E. pregnancy; F. Taking antibiotics for more than 3 days within 1 month; G History of mental and neurological diseases, history of head trauma; H. Hereditary diseases in the family; I History of major physical illness.
