观察太极拳训练对PSD老年患者的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

to observe the effect of Tai Chi training on elderly patients with PSD

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患肢肌力≥Ⅲ级，肌张力≤Ⅰ级；②BrunnstromⅣ、Ⅴ期；③8分≤HDRS 评分＜24 分；④2 级≤站立平衡，30min≤稳定站立时间；⑤未采用抗抑郁药物治疗，会使用手机微信；⑥自愿加入，并签署知情同意书；⑦60 岁≤年龄≤80 岁。（注：符合上述所有条件者才能纳入）

Inclusion criteria

① The muscle strength of affected limb ≥ Grade III, and the muscle tension ≤ Grade I; ② Brunnstrom stage IV and V; ③8 points ≤HDRS score < 24 points; ④ Level 2 ≤ standing balance, and 30min≤ stable standing time; ⑤ If patients were not treated with antidepressants, they would use mobile WeChat; ⑥ volunteered and signed informed consent form; ⑦60 ≤ age ≤80 years old. (Note: only those who meet all the above conditions can be included)

排除标准：

①卒中后重度抑郁患者，HDRS 评分≥24 分；②严重运动功能障碍；③严重肝肾功能不全、心力衰竭、呼吸功能衰竭；④痴呆及精神病史；⑤严重认知功能障碍、听说能力障碍。（注：凡具有上述任何一个条件者，均不能纳入）

Exclusion criteria：

① In patients with severe post-stroke depression, the HDRS score is ≥24; ② Severe motor dysfunction; ③ Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, heart failure and respiratory failure; ④ History of dementia and mental illness; ⑤ Severe cognitive impairment and listening and speaking impairment. (Note: Anyone who meets any of the above conditions cannot be included)
