研究目的：

观察脐膏对脑瘫儿童营养不良的改善作用  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of umbilical paste on improving malnutrition in children with cerebral palsy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合脑瘫的诊断标准; ②符合营养不良的参考标准; ③3 岁≤年龄≤18 岁; ④经口食物摄入，吃常规食物; ⑤签署知情同意书，未成年人由法定监护人代签; 同时符合以上 5 项的患者，方可纳入本试验。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral palsy; ② Meet the reference standard of malnutrition; ③3 years old ≤ age ≤18 years old; ④ oral food intake, eating regular food; ⑤ sign the informed consent form, and the minor shall be signed by the legal guardian; Patients who meet the above 5 criteria at the same time can be included in this study.

排除标准：

①排除脑瘫伴严重智力障碍的患者 ②排除脑瘫伴严重癫痫的患者 ③排除脑瘫伴严重器质性病变的患者 ④排除脑瘫伴严重吞咽功能障碍的患者 ⑤排除喂养不当造成的营养不良患者 ⑥排除其他器质性病变造成的营养不良患者 凡具有上述任何一项的患者，均不得纳入本试验。

Exclusion criteria：

① Exclude patients with cerebral palsy accompanied by severe mental retardation ② Patients with cerebral palsy and severe epilepsy were excluded ③ Patients with cerebral palsy accompanied by serious organic lesions were excluded ④ Patients with cerebral palsy and severe swallowing dysfunction were excluded ⑤ Exclude malnourished patients caused by improper feeding ⑥ Exclude other organic diseases caused by malnutrition patients Patients with any of these conditions were excluded from the study.
