研究目的：

本题以非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者为研究对象，观察电针夹脊穴和普通针刺夹脊穴对NAFLD患者临床疗效，以及对肠道菌群的影响，客观细致地分析两者的临床疗效差异以及起效的可能机制，为临床治疗NAFLD提供更多临床应用数据及理论支持，并且为后续研究及临床推广提供试验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were studied to observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture Jiaji point and ordinary acupuncture Jiaji point on patients with NAFLD, as well as the influence on intestinal flora, objectively and carefully analyze the differences in clinical efficacy between the two points and the possible mechanism of effect, so as to provide more clinical application data and theoretical support for the clinical treatment of NAFLD.And provide experimental basis for follow-up research and clinical promotion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病人知情同意，自愿参加本研究；
2.符合NAFLD的西医诊断标准和影像学诊断为中度脂肪肝患者；
3.18≤年龄≤65岁，性别不限；
4.3个月内未使用过治疗NAFLD的药物及降脂、降酶药物者；
5.无严重的并发症，无精神病，无急腹症指标者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Informed consent of patients and voluntary participation in this study;
2. The patient was diagnosed with moderate fatty liver in accordance with Western diagnostic standards and imaging diagnosis of NAFLD;
3.18≤ age ≤65, gender no limit;
4.Patients who have not used NAFLD drugs or lipid-lowering or enzyme-lowering drugs within 3 months;
5. No serious complications, no psychosis, no acute abdominal indicators.

排除标准：

1.患有肝硬化、肝脏恶性肿瘤等其他肝病者；
2.药物、甲状腺功能减退症以及一些与IR相关的综合征等可导致脂肪肝的特殊情况；
3.合并有心血管、肺、肾、造血系统及内分泌代谢等严重原发性疾病；
4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
5.近3月内曾入组成为其他临床研究的受试者，服用其他试验药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cirrhosis, malignant tumor of liver and other liver diseases;
2. Special conditions such as drugs, hypothyroidism, and some IR-related syndroms can lead to fatty liver;
3. Complicated with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine metabolism;
4. Pregnant and lactating women;
5. Have been enrolled as a subject of other clinical studies and taken other experimental drugs within the last 3 months.
