研究目的：

开展前瞻性、多中心的芍麻止痉颗粒治疗儿童抽动障碍的病例注册登记研究，通过收集和分析真实世界数据： （1）根据患儿干预措施中是否合并使用其它治疗方法，将患儿自然分成两组：单用芍麻止痉颗粒组及芍麻止痉颗粒联合其他治疗方法组，分别对两组患儿治疗前后的有效性、安全性等进行观察和评价，并探索在实际诊疗情况下，芍麻止痉颗粒的应用方法、时间效应以及在停减西药过程中的作用等； （2）对影响疗效的多种因素进行探索。 通过真实世界研究证据，为芍麻止痉颗粒实际临床应用提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective, multi-center case registration study of Shaomazhijing Granules will be carried out in treating Tic Disorders in children. By collecting and analyzing the real-world data: (1) According to whether other treatment methods were used in the intervention measures, the children were naturally divided into two groups: the Shaomazhijing Granules group alone and the Shaomazhijing Granules combined with other treatment methods group. Observe and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the two groups of children before and after treatment. And in the actual diagnosis and treatment, explore the application method, time effect, and effect of Shaomazhijing Granules in stopping and reducing western medicine. (2)Explore various factors that affect the curative effect. Guide the actual clinical application of Shaomazhijing Granules through real-world research evidence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合儿童抽动障碍的西医诊断标准，诊断标准参照美国精神病学会《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第五版（DSM-5）；
2、年龄在5—18岁之间；
3、性别不限；
4、患儿监护人完全理解研究内容并愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for Tic Disorders in children. The diagnostic criteria refer to the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-5) issued by the American Psychiatric Association.
2. Age between 5 and 18 years old.
3. No gender limit.
4. The guardians of the children fully understand the research content and are willing to sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、孤独症谱系障碍、全面发育迟缓/智力发育障碍或明显躯体及神经精神异常；
2、合并有心、脑、肝、肾或造血系统等严重疾病，或经医生判断存在有临床意义的肝肾功能异常、心电图异常；
3、对芍麻止痉颗粒所含成份过敏；
4、有乏力、腹泻、舌胖大齿痕苔薄白等脾虚的表现。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Autism spectrum disorder, global developmental delay/mental developmental disability or obvious physical and neuropsychiatric abnormalities.
2. Combined with serious diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system. And as judged by a doctor, there are clinically significant liver and kidney function abnormalities, and abnormal electrocardiograms.
3. Allergic to the ingredients contained in Shaomazhijing Granules.
4. Symptoms of spleen deficiency such as fatigue, diarrhea, fat tongue, tooth marks, etc.
