研究目的：

通过对脊髓损伤患者进行CPG结合BWSTT的治疗方式，验证其对下肢运动功能的疗效，以期找到一种机制明确、安全有效的早期康复治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the treatment of CPG combined with BWSTT on patients with spinal cord injury, the curative effect on lower limb motor function was verified, with a view to finding a clear, safe and effective early rehabilitation treatment method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《脊髓损伤神经学分类国际标准》中脊髓损伤诊断标准，经CT或MRI证实为脊髓损伤，ASIA分级为B、Ｃ、Ｄ级，伴步行功能障碍；
（2）病程1～6个月；
（3）年龄18～75岁；
（4）生命体征稳定，无听觉、视觉障碍，可耐受减重步行训练；
（5）患者或其家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of spinal cord injury in the International Standard for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury. It is confirmed as spinal cord injury by CT or MRI, and the ASIA grade is B, C, D, with walking dysfunction;
(2) The course of disease is 1 to 6 months;
(3) Age: 18-75 years old;
(4) The vital signs are stable, without hearing and visual impairment, and can tolerate weight-loss walking training;
(5) The patient or his family members sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有严重认知功能障碍、精神疾病或不配合训练者；
（2）患有影响步行的其他疾病者；
（3）有心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能异常者；
（4）严重感染者；
（5）心脏起搏器植入者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have serious cognitive impairment, mental illness or do not cooperate with training;
(2) People suffering from other diseases that affect walking;
(3) Those with abnormal functions of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs;
(4) Severely infected persons;
(5) Pacemaker implantation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或者记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
