研究目的：

通过分析高校大学生体育锻炼意识，发现高校的大学生在体育锻炼意识中存在的问题，并分析体育锻炼意识存在的问题，为指导高校大学生体育锻炼态度提供有效借鉴。通过分析高校大学生体育锻炼意识与体育锻炼态度的关系，并指导大学生的体育锻炼，有助于她们形成正确的体育锻炼意识，为她们将来走向工作岗位提供一定的身体素质基础。 本研究旨在探讨以下三个问题: 第一：大学生目前体育锻炼意识情况； 第二：大学生目前体育锻炼态度情况； 第三：大学生体育锻炼意识和体育锻炼态度之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the physical exercise consciousness of college students, we find out the problems existing in the physical exercise consciousness of college students, and analyze the problems existing in the physical exercise consciousness to provide effective reference for guiding the physical exercise attitudes of college students. By analyzing the relationship between college students' physical exercise awareness and physical exercise attitude, and guiding college students' physical exercise, it helps them to form a correct physical exercise awareness and provide them with certain physical quality foundation for their future workplace. This study aims to explore the following three questions: First: the current awareness of physical exercise among college students. Second: the current situation of college students' attitudes towards physical exercise. Third: the relationship between the awareness of physical exercise and the attitude of physical exercise among college students.

纳入标准：

本研究根据研究的需要，在中国东北大学公开招募。本研究得到了东北大学伦理委员会的审批（审批号：EC2022B025）。根据研究的需要，我们此次纳入的大学生均为符合要求的健康成年人。在本研究中，被纳入的大学生标准如下：（1）在校大学生；（2）自愿参与研究，（3）填写知情同意，报告自身身心健康。

Inclusion criteria

The included college students were all healthy adults who met the requirements. In this study, the criteria for included college students were as follows: (1) full-time college stu-dents; (2) voluntary participation in the experiment; (3) filling in informed consent and reporting their physical and mental health.

排除标准：

剔除符合下列任何符合以下的条件者：（1）具有精神疾病；（2）自杀倾向；（3）经历过重大创伤事件，至今仍有影响；（4）正在接受心理或者精神治疗；（5）在Self-rating depression scale达到中等抑郁水平；（6）在Beak焦虑自评量达到到中等焦虑水平。

Exclusion criteria：

The subjects met any of the following criteria were excluded: (1) with mental illness; (2) with suicidal tendencies; (3) experienced major traumatic events; (4) receiving psycholog-ical or psychiatric treatment; (5) Self-rating Depression Scale reached a moderate depression level; (6) Beak Self-rating Anxiety Scalereached a moderate anxiety level.
