在IVF-ET(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer)/ICSI-ET(Intracytoplasmic sperm injection and embryo transfer)治疗周期中,利用多模态人类胚胎整倍体性AI(Artificial Intelligence)预测模型对高龄不孕患者所获得的囊胚进行非侵入性AI实时筛选与移植,探讨该AI模型是否能够提高高龄不孕女性取卵后首次囊胚移植的持续妊娠率、活产率以及降低流产率。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Using a multi-modal AI model for predicting human embryo ploidy, blastocysts obtained from infertile aged patients during IVF treatment are non-invasively and real-time evaluated. The study aims to explore whether this AI model can improve the ongoing pregnancy rate and live birth rate, and reduce the miscarriage rate after the first blastocyst transplantation in the study population. |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
To evaluate the clinical pregnancy rate, live birth rate and miscarriage rate after blstocyst transfer based on the AI assisted embryo selection model and conventional embryo grading in IVF/ICSI cycles among infertile women of advanced age. |

1、具有IVF或ICSI指征的夫妇,女性年龄在35-42岁之间,BMI在18-30kg/m2 范围内; |

盲法: |
本试验拟采用单盲的试验方法进行,即对受试者设盲,直至出现主要终点事件或试验结束后再对受试者揭盲。不论研究组还是对照组,均进行单囊胚培养和冻存,均进行AI辅助整倍体囊胚筛查与AI优先移植排序。得到AI辅助筛选胚胎评级结果后,研究组患者依据“AI辅助筛选胚胎标准” 确定首次移植胚胎,对照组患者依据胚胎形态确定首次移植胚胎。 |

Blinding: |
Blinding is only set up for the subjects in this trial. The blinding will be revealed to the subjects after the occurrence of a major endpoint event or at the end of the trial. Both the study group and the control group will undergo single blastocyst culture and freezing, and the embryos will be evaluated for ploidy using the AI model. After obtaining the embryo grading results, the first embryo transplantation will be based on the results from AI-assisted ploidy evaluation in the study group or based on conventional Gardner criteria in the control group. |
