评估全膝关节置换术后不同康复方案间的疗效对比  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of different rehabilitation programs after total knee replacement

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄18-75岁，原发性单侧或双膝关节骨性关节炎；② 行初次单侧人工全膝关节置换术；③身体条件良好，耐受手术；④具有使用智能手机的能力和条件；⑤患者自愿参加临床试验并能全程配合所有试验流程。

Inclusion criteria

① The patient was 18-75 years old with primary unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis; ② Primary unilateral total knee replacement; ③ Good physical condition and tolerance to surgery; (4) The ability and conditions to use smart phones; ⑤ Patients voluntarily participate in clinical trials and can fully cooperate with all trial procedures.

排除标准：

（1）既往行开放性髋关节或膝关节手术史；
（2）非计划二次手术或翻修手术；
（3）伴有强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎等炎性疾病；
（4）伴严重心肺疾病的或神经肌肉病变；
（5）存在严重精神疾患无法配合正常康复；
（6）伴有骨折或韧带损伤；
（7）90天内行另一侧膝关节手术者；
（8）因各种原因无法正常使用移动端设备的患者（如失明、无智能手机、无网络等）；
（9）拒绝加入本实验的患者；
（10）其他医生认为存在影响试验结果因素，不适应参与试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of open hip or knee surgery; (2) unplanned secondary surgery or revision surgery; (3) with ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory diseases; (4) severe cardiopulmonary disease or neuromuscular disease; (5) there is a serious mental illness that cannot cooperate with normal rehabilitation; (6) accompanied by fracture or ligament injury; (7) Patients who underwent surgery on the other knee within 90 days; (8) Patients who cannot normally use mobile terminal devices due to various reasons (such as blindness, no smartphone, no Internet, etc.); (9) Patients who refused to join the experiment; (10) Other doctors think that there are factors affecting the test results, so they are not suitable for participants in the experiment.
