探索肺脏超声在危重新生儿症拔出气管插管，撤离有创呼吸机中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the value of lung ultrasound in removing tracheal intubation and withdrawing invasive ventilator in critical neonates.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 使用呼吸机时间超过24小时； 2. 准备撤离呼吸机。

Inclusion criteria

1. Use the ventilator for more than 24 hours; 2. Prepare to withdraw from the ventilator.

排除标准：

1、严重先天畸形； 2、使用呼吸机超过28天； 3、染色体或者基因病； 4、未取得家属同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe congenital malformation; 2. Use the ventilator for more than 28 days; 3. Chromosomal or genetic diseases; 4. Without the consent of the family.
