研究目的：

（1）揭示调经促孕针法对POR临床症状的改善以及IVF-ET妊娠结果的影响。 （2）探讨调经促孕针法调节Nrf2-ARE抗氧化通路中Nrf2蛋白及基因表达、SOD和MDA含量的效应机制。 （3）从Nrf2-ARE通路来阐释调经促孕针法对IVF-ET妊娠结局的影响及抗氧化机制，为针刺改善POR患者IVF-ET妊娠结局提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Reveal the effect of menstrual adjustment and fertility stimulation on the improvement of POR clinical symptoms and IVF-ET pregnancy outcomes. (2) To investigate the effect mechanism of regulating Nrf2 protein and gene expression, SOD and MDA content in the Nrf2-ARE antioxidant pathway by regulating menstrual and promoting injections. (3) The effect and antioxidant mechanism of menstrual adjustment and pregnancy stimulation on IVF-ET pregnancy outcomes were elucidated from the Nrf2-ARE pathway, so as to provide a scientific basis for acupuncture to improve IVF-ET pregnancy outcomes in POR patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄25-45岁；
(2)符合POR波塞冬分类标准3组、4组标准；
(3)拟拮抗剂方案适应症；
(4)知情同意，签署知情同意书；
(5)近2月内未进行针刺治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 25-45 years old;
(2) Meet the 3 groups and 4 groups of POR Poseidon classification standards;
(3) indications for antagonist regimens;
(4) Informed consent, sign informed consent form;
(5) No acupuncture treatment has been performed in the past 2 months.

排除标准：

①影响IVF-ET妊娠结局的相关疾病，如未治疗的输卵管积水、子宫肌瘤≥4cm、严重的子宫腺肌症、Ⅲ或Ⅳ期子宫内膜异位症、未治疗的子宫内膜病变等；
②男方患有畸精弱精及少精者；
③正在进行其他药物研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Related diseases that affect the outcome of IVF-ET pregnancy, such as untreated hydrosalpinx, uterine fibroids ≥ 4cm, severe adenomyosis, stage III or IV endometriosis, untreated endometrial lesions, etc.;
(2) The male suffers from malformation, weak sperm and oligospermia;
(3) Patients who are conducting other drug research.
