研究目的：

探讨针灸在治疗对卒中后认知功能障碍患者的有效性及流行病学调查  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness and epidemiological investigation of acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

从2020年8月一2021年6月入我院进行治疗的脑卒中后认知功能障碍的患者中选取166例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各83例。对照组给予现代医学常规治疗方式，研究组给予在常规治疗的基础上给予中医适宜技术（针灸）辅助治疗。对比两组患者认知功能评分、日常生活能力评分。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 166 patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from March 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group, each with 83 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was given the conventional treatment methods of modern medicine, and the study group was given the traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology (acupuncture) on the basis of conventional treatment. The cognitive function score and daily living ability score of the two groups of patients were compared. 

纳入标准：

(1）符合第四届脑血管病学术会议修订的 《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》中关于脑卒中的诊断标准;
(2)确诊脑卒中后的 3 个月内,患者出现血管性认知功能障碍(VCI);
(3)简易精神状态评价(MMSE)评分＜27 分;
(4)患者年龄50-80 岁;

Inclusion criteria

1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke in "Diagnosis Points of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases" revised by the Fourth Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease;
2. Patients develop vascular cognition within 3 months after diagnosis Dysfunction (VCI);
3. Mini Mental State Evaluation (MMSE) score <27 points;
4. Patients aged 50-80 years;

排除标准：

(1)存在短暂性脑缺血发作者；
(2)心肝脾肺肾等重要脏器存在功能障碍;
(3)聋哑患者、恶性肿瘤患者及拒绝针灸者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with transient ischemic attack;
2. Heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other important organs have dysfunction;
3. Deaf-mute patients, malignant tumor patients and those who refuse acupuncture.
