研究目的：

筛选多系统萎缩发病的危险因素，为制定有针对性的多系统萎缩防治措施提供依据，有利于减轻疾病带来的生活及经济负担，从而提高居民生活水平、改善生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To screen the risk factors of multiple system atrophy and provide a basis for the development of targeted prevention and treatment measures for multiple system atrophy, which is conducive to reducing the living and economic burden caused by the disease, so as to improve the living standard and quality of life of residents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）病例组：①符合2008年Gilman等提出的可能及很可能MSA诊断标准，由一线、二线、三线医生共同确诊的MSA患者；②病史回忆详实可靠；③签署知情同意书。
2）帕金森对照组：①符合2016年中国帕金森病诊断标准，由一线、二线、三线医生共同确诊的帕金森病患者；②病史回忆详实可靠；③签署知情同意书。
3）正常对照组：①无任何神经系统慢性退行性疾病；②无神经系统慢性退行性疾病家族史；③能够提供可靠回忆。

Inclusion criteria

1) Case group: ① MSA patients who met the diagnostic criteria of possible and probable MSA proposed by Gilman et al., 2008 and were jointly diagnosed by first-line, second-line and third-line doctors; ② Detailed and reliable history recall; (3) Sign the informed consent.
2) Parkinson's disease control group: ① Parkinson's disease patients who met the 2016 Chinese Parkinson's disease diagnostic criteria and were jointly diagnosed by first-line, second-line and third-line doctors; ② Detailed and reliable history recall; (3) Sign the informed consent.
3) Normal control group: ① no chronic degenerative diseases of the nervous system; ② No family history of chronic degenerative diseases of the nervous system; Can provide reliable recall.

排除标准：

①患有其他神经退行性疾病；②其他原因影响肢体活动或病情评估者；③合并有其他严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

① suffer from other neurodegenerative diseases; ② other reasons affecting physical activity or disease assessment; ③ There were other serious complications.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF由研究者填写，每个入选病例必须填写CRF，完成的CRF由临床监查员审查后移交数据管理员，进行数据录入与数据管理工作。数据录入与管理由统计单位指定数据管理员负责录入。数据管理员采用EpiData软件编制数据录入程序，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据录入的准确性，应由两名数据录入员独立进行双份录入并校对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The CRF was filled out by the investigator and must be filled out by each enrolled case. The completed CRF was reviewed by the clinical monitor and transferred to the data manager for data entry and data management. Data entry and management by the statistical unit designated data manager responsible for the entry. The data manager uses EpiData software to compile the data entry program for data entry and management. In order to ensure the accuracy of data entry, two data entry clerks shall independently perform double entry and proofreading.
