研究目的：

本研究旨在老年高血压患者中使用瑞马唑仑，观察使用瑞马唑仑对老年高血压患者气管插管应激反应的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to use remazolam in elderly patients with hypertension and observe the effect of remazolam on stress response of endotracheal intubation in elderly patients with hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）拟行全麻手术患者；
（2）年龄：＞65岁；
（3）ASA分级：Ⅰ~Ⅲ级；
（4）体重指数（BMI）：18~24kg/m2；
（5）有自主行为能力、意识清晰、理解调查内容；
（6）自愿参加研究及签署同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia;
(2) Age: > 65;
(3) ASA classification: Ⅰ~Ⅲ;
(4) Body mass index (BMI) : 18~24kg/m2;
(5) Have the ability of independent behavior, clear consciousness and understand the investigation content;
(6) Volunteers to participate in the study and sign the consent.

排除标准：

（1）长期使用镇痛、镇静药物史及吸毒史；
（2）有苯二氮卓类禁忌者：严重过敏；
（3）无法配合研究者：听力障碍、精神疾病等；
（4）糖尿病患者；
（5）心脏病患者；
（6）未曾控制的高血压患者；
（7）有肾上腺疾病史；
（8）近期有服用皮质醇激素、肾上腺素及β受体制剂相关药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A history of long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs and drug use;
(2) People with benzodiazepine contraindications: severe allergy;
(3) Unable to cooperate with researchers: hearing impairment, mental illness, etc.;
(4) diabetic patients;
(5) patients with heart disease;
(6) Patients with uncontrolled hypertension;
(7) History of adrenal diseases;
(8) Recent use of corticosteroid, adrenaline and β-receptor preparations related drugs.
