由实验者从前期问卷中随机抽取编号，编号对应医务人员为被试，共抽取50名被试。50名被试分组为非随机分组，根据道德韧性得分，使每组被试均有高得分和低得分者。

The experimenter randomly selected the number from the previous questionnaire, and the corresponding medical staff were the subjects. A total of 50 subjects were selected. The 50 subjects were divided into non random groups. According to the scores of moral toughness, each group of subjects had high scores
