研究目的：

依托健康中国行动创新模式（宫颈癌综合防治）试点城市建设，开展适龄青少年女生HPV疫苗接种综合干预，促进适龄女生群体HPV疫苗接种，提升儿童疫苗接种主要决策者（家长）对HPV感染及HPV疫苗的认知水平，改变疫苗犹豫群体的接种意愿和实际接种行为，最终提升适龄女生群体HPV疫苗接种覆盖率，降低疫苗犹豫发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Relying on the construction of the pilot city of Health China Action Innovation Model (comprehensive prevention and treatment of cervical cancer), we carry out comprehensive HPV vaccination intervention for school-age adolescent girls, promote HPV vaccination for school-age girls, raise the level of awareness of HPV infection and HPV vaccine among the main decision-makers (parents) of childhood vaccination, change the willingness and actual vaccination behavior of the vaccine hesitant group, and finally improve the HPV vaccination coverage rate for school-age girls and reduce the occurrence of vaccine hesitancy.

纳入标准：

（1）当年度春季在校七年级(或八年级)女生及其母亲； （2）女儿就读于鄞州区、余姚市、临海市的初级中学；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Girls in grade 7(or grade 8) enrolled in school in the spring of the current year and their mothers. (2) Daughters attending junior high schools in Yinzhou District, Yuyao City and Linhai City.

排除标准：

（1）在本次干预前已参与过疫苗补助或“母女同行”类似活动；
（2）在本次调查前已参与过类似HPV疫苗接种意愿调查；
（3）女儿当前的身体情况不适合接种HPV疫苗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have participated in a vaccine subsidy or similar "mother-daughter" activity prior to this intervention;
(2) Have participated in a similar HPV vaccination intention survey prior to this survey;
(3) Daughter's current medical condition is not suitable for HPV vaccination.
