Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of COVID-19 infection on cortical excitability and brain network plasticity

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-70岁；2.病程＜1月的确诊新冠感染患者及年龄性别相匹配健康被试；3.被试2周内未进行任何形式的rTMS治疗；4.双侧M1手区可稳定引出MEP；5.无认知障碍，简易精神状态检查 (MMSE)评分≥24分；6.患者或直系家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Subjects aged 18-70 years; 2. Confirmed COVID-19 patients with disease duration less than 1 month and healthy subjects matching age and gender; 3. The subjects did not receive any form of rTMS treatment within 2 weeks; 4. MEP can be stably detected in the bilateral M1 hand region of the brain; 5. No cognitive impairment, simple mental state examination (MMSE) score ≥24; 6. Patients or immediate family members sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重神经系统疾病，不能耐受相关检测；2.上肢骨折、动静脉瘘或其他导致上肢活动障碍的疾病；3.头部或颈部有铁磁性植入物；4.植入心脏起搏器；5.严重凝血障碍、严重心功能不全或无法控制的高血压：收缩压>160 mmHg或舒张压>100 mmHg；6.其他严重的全身性疾病如肿瘤等；7.患者于1周内服用过巴氯芬、地西泮等影响ppTMS检测的药物；8.女性处于月经期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe neurological disease, unable to tolerate related tests; 2. Upper limb fracture, arteriovenous fistula or other diseases that cause upper limb mobility impairment; 3. Ferromagnetic implants in the head or neck; 4. Implantation of a pacemaker; 5. Severe clotting disorders, severe cardiac insufficiency, or uncontrolled hypertension: systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg; 6. Other serious systemic diseases such as neoplasms; 7. The patient had taken baclofen, diazepam and other drugs affecting the detection of ppTMS within 1 week; 8. Female are in menstruating period.
