研究目的：

本研究团队开发的体位引流碎石系统（Postural drainage lithotripsy system，PLDS）可以准确清除微创术后肾脏中的残留碎石（Residual fragments，RFs）。PDLS包括结石清除路径规划软件和翻转床。翻转床通过达到软件计算出特定的空间角度，从而利用重力促进RFs的自发排泄。该床在x轴上旋转角度为-90°至＋90°，在y轴旋转角度为-60°至＋60°。对于真实患者，我们认为y轴旋转时左右翻转不会影响自身生命体征状况，然而x轴倒置时对于患者安全性还有待商榷。对于已知血管疾病，如颈动脉狭窄或有短暂性脑缺血发作史的患者，该体位可增加颅内压升高和颅内高压的风险，导致术后并发症。因此，本研究利用超声评价PDLS治疗残留碎石时对颅内压及脑血流的影响来探究其安全性是至关重要的。  

Objectives of Study：

The Postural drainage lithotripsy system (PLDS) developed by the research team can accurately remove Residual fragments (RFs) in the kidney after minimally invasive surgery. The PDLS include stone removal path planning software and a rollover bed. The flip bed uses gravity to promote spontaneous excretion of RFs by reaching a specific spatial Angle calculated by the software. The bed rotates from -90° to +90° on the X-axis and from -60° to +60° on the Y-axis. For real patients, we believe that the left and right rotation when the Y-axis rotates will not affect their own vital signs, while the safety of patients when the X-axis is inverted remains to be discussed. In patients with known vascular disease, such as carotid artery stenosis or a history of transient ischemic attacks, this position can increase the risk of increased intracranial pressure and intracranial hypertension leading to postoperative complications. Therefore, it is very important for this study to explore the safety of PDLS in the treatment of residual lithotripsy by using ultrasound to evaluate its effects on intracranial pressure and cerebral blood flow.

纳入标准：

随机选取年龄分布为 ＜40岁、40-60岁、＞60岁健康受试者各5名。

Inclusion criteria

Five healthy subjects aged <40 years, 40-60 years and >60 years were randomly selected. First each subject completed a survey on past medical history, age and gender and underwent a general health screening assessment.

排除标准：

如果受试者有以下任何病史:脊髓损伤、椎间盘突出、脑震荡、脑损伤、眼外伤、视力障碍、青光眼、呼吸系统疾病、静息血压高(收缩期> 160mmHg、舒张期> 90mmHg)、心电图异常(S—T抑制、>连续3次异位搏动）及未通过TCD获得MCAV则被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects were excluded if they had any of the following medical histories: spinal cord injury, herniated disc, concussion, brain injury, ocular trauma, visual impairment, glaucoma, respiratory disease, high resting blood pressure (> 160 mmHg systolic, > 90 mmHg diastolic), ECG abnormalities (S-T suppression, > 3 consecutive ectopic beats) and MCAV not obtained by TCD were excluded.
