研究目的：

1.通过观察经筋微创疗法对类风湿关节炎的治疗作用，客观评价经筋微创疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。 2.通过检测经筋微创疗法对类风湿关节炎患者膝关节前后交叉韧带区滑膜组织JAK-STAT信号通路信号蛋白JAK1、STAT3表达及其磷酸化程度、细胞因子信号转导抑制因子SOCS1、致炎因子TNF-α、IL-6的含量，观察其病理形态的变化，探讨其抗炎机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By observing the therapeutic effect of Meridian-Sinew Release therapy on rheumatoid arthritis, the clinical efficacy of Meridian-Sinew Release therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis was objectively evaluated. 2. By detecting the content of JAK-STAT signaling protein JAK1, STAT3 expression and phosphorylation levels, cytokine signal transduction inhibitor factor SOCS1, inflammatory factor TNF-α, and IL-6 in the synovial tissue of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament area of the knee joint of rheumatoid arthritis patients before and after the treatment of Meridian-Sinew Release therapy, observing the changes of their pathological morphology, the anti-inflammatory mechanisms was discussed.

纳入标准：

1.符合符合2010年ACR/EULAR共同制订的类风湿关节炎分类标准的患者
2.年龄18-75岁
3.疾病处于病情活动期（DAS>2.6）
4.患者至少1个膝关节受累者
5.受试者知情同意并签署同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the classification criteria of rheumatoid arthritis jointly formulated by ACR / EULAR in 2010
2. Aged between 18 and 75
3. The disease is in the activity period (DAS>2.6)
4. The patient has at least one knee joint involved
5. Subjects give informed consent and sign the consent form

排除标准：

1．不符合上述纳入标准;
2．晚期患者，关节严重畸形，关节功能Ⅳ级、X线分期在Ⅳ期
3．合并其他风湿病
4．合并心、脑、胃肠、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病者
5．妊娠、哺乳期妇女、有计划生育的妇女及精神病患者
6. 正在服用其他DMARDs或停服不到1个月者
7．不能耐受MTX等药物者
8．临床医生认为不适宜参加或治疗不合作者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Does not meet the above diagnostic criteria
2. Advanced patient with severe joint deformity, and the joint function is grade IV, and the X-ray stage is in the IV.
3. Overlapping syndromes with other rheumatic diseases
4. Patients with severe diseases of the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, urinary system, blood system, and other important organs
5. Pregnant and lactating women, women with family planning, and mental patients
6. People who are taking other DMARDs or have stopped taking them for less than 1 month
7. Those who cannot tolerate drugs such as MTX
8. Those deemed by clinicians to be unfit to participate or uncooperative in treatment
