研究目的：

（1）探索腹部推拿对广泛性焦虑患者临床疗效的安全性和有效性。 （2）为探讨腹部推拿作用的脑肠机制进行探索性研究和借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）To explore the safety and effectiveness of abdominal massage in the treatment of generalized anxiety. （2）In order to explore the effect of abdominal massage on the brain-gut mechanism of exploratory research and reference.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合广泛性焦虑中、西医诊断标准；
（2）入组前一个月未服抗焦虑、抗精神病相关药物；
（3）汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA)评分＞14分，＜27分；
（4）20～50岁，小学以上文化，母语为汉语，右利手；
（5）患者及其家属自愿同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of generalized anxiety in Chinese and Western medicine;
(2)Did not take anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic drugs one month before enrollment;
(3)Hamilton Anxiety ScaleHAMA.score＞14 point,＜27point;
(4)20~50 years old, primary school or above, mother tongue Chinese, right-handed;
(5)Voluntary consent of the patient and his family to sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）正处于哺乳或妊娠期的妇女；
（2）患者因强迫症、神经衰弱症、抑郁症、恐惧症、精神分裂症等并发焦虑者；
（3）因冠心病、高血压病、甲状腺功能亢进等躯体性疾病继发焦虑者；
（4）合并严重心、脑、肝、肾及造血系统等严重原发性疾病者；
（5）生活无法自理，认知功能严重受损患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Women who are nursing or pregnant;
?(2)Patients with obsessive compulsive disorder, neurasthenia, depression, phobia, schizophrenia and other complicated anxiety;
?(3)Secondary anxiety due to coronary heart disease, hypertension, thyroid gland and other diseases;
?(4)Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
?(5)Unable to take care of themselves, patients with severely impaired cognitive.
