研究目的：

（1）分析早产儿出生后收集的每个时间点的粪便标本门水平的菌群构成及F/B比值；分析菌群的构成比例及F/B变化并与对照组比较变化趋势差异；找出NEC组与对照组早产儿出现F/B差异的时间点及诊断的截断值； （2）通过不同的机器学习算法建立NEC发病的早期预测模型并绘制诊断特征曲线（ROC曲线），判断出现临床症状前出现差异F/B诊断NEC的灵敏度和特异度，分析诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Analyze the bacterial composition and F/B ratio at the phylum level of fecal samples collected from premature infants at each time point after birth; Analyze the composition proportion and F/B changes of the bacterial community and compare the differences in change trends with the control group; Identify the time points and diagnostic cutoff values for the difference in F/B between the NEC group and the control group in premature infants; (2) Establish early prediction models for NEC incidence through different machine learning algorithms and draw diagnostic characteristic curves (ROC curves) to determine the sensitivity and specificity of F/B diagnosis of NEC before clinical symptoms appear, and analyze diagnostic efficacy.

先天性肠道疾病； 先天性腹壁缺损； 复杂畸形
