研究目的：

通过微滴数字PCR定量检测BRAFV600E突变丰度来评估甲状腺乳头状癌生物学行为。探索基于BRAFV600E突变丰度和机器学习构建PTC危险分层预测模型的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The biological behavior of papillary thyroid carcinoma was evaluated by quantitative detection of BRAFV600E mutation abundance by digital droplet PCR. To explore the clinical value of building a stratified risk prediction model for PTC based on BRAFV600E mutation abundance and machine learning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-80岁；（2）病理诊断明确为甲状腺乳头状癌；（3）石蜡标本/FNA样本完整且采集纯度达标；（4）患者知情同意后自愿参与研究.

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18 to 80 years; (2)Papillary thyroid carcinoma confirmed by pathological diagnosis; (3) The paraffin specimens /FNA samples were complete and the collection purity reached the standard; (4) Patients voluntarily participated in the study after informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)既往有颈部放射史或甲状腺二次手术史；（2）DNA总量、抽提方法和保存条件不符合要求的标本；（3）病理类型为结节性甲状腺肿、滤泡癌或髓样癌等非甲状腺乳头状癌标本；（4）病例资料不全无法溯源；（5）患者拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of cervical radiation or secondary thyroid surgery; (2) The total amount of DNA, extraction methods and preservation conditions do not meet the requirements of the specimen; (3) Nodular goiter, follicular carcinoma or medullary carcinoma were the pathological types of non-thyroid papillary carcinoma specimens; (4) The case data is incomplete and untraceable; (5) The patient refused to participate in the study.
