研究目的:

旨在通过对心血管疾病中生物标记物进行测定与分析,了解心血管疾病与生物标记物的相关性,为心血管疾病的临床诊疗提供新的思路和依据。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim is to understand the correlation between cardiovascular diseases and potential biomarkers through the measurement and analysis of potential biomarkers in cardiovascular diseases, and to provide a new basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

纳入标准:

实验组入选标准:
1、18岁<年龄<80岁,性别不限;
2、基础信息全面;
3、经影像学、组织病理学和分子病理学确诊的神心脑血管疾病患者,包括已经接受药物治疗或介入治疗等治疗手段、既往标准治疗方案失败、不能耐受或拒绝现有疗法的心脑血管疾病患者;
对照组入选标准:
1、18岁<年龄<80岁,性别不限;
2、基础信息全面;
3、无任何心脑血管疾病症状的健康人。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of the experimental group:

1, 18 years old - 80 years old, regardless of gender;

2. Comprehensive basic information;

3. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases confirmed by imaging, histopathology and molecular pathology, including patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who have received drug therapy or interventional therapy or other treatment means, have failed standard treatment plans in the past, and cannot tolerate or refuse existing therapies;

Inclusion criteria of control group

1, 18 years old - 80 years old, regardless of gender;

2. Comprehensive basic information;

3. Healthy people without any symptoms of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

排除标准:

1.临床资料不完整;
2.不能配合生物标本采集者;
3.其他由研究者判断不适宜参加本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Incomplete clinical data;
2. Unable to cooperate with biological specimen collection;
3. Others who are not suitable to participate in the clinical trial as judged by the investigator.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录,将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入表中,录入采用相应数据库系统双人双机录入,之后数据库进行两遍对比,电子数据分类保存,并有多个备份保存于多个介质中,妥善保存,防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researcher loads the data into the table in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner, and uses the corresponding database system for double entry.
