研究目的：

评价针刺治疗紫杉烷类药物所致周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of Taxane-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①病理明确诊断为恶性肿瘤并接受含紫杉类方案化疗者。
②停止化疗后1月-2年内存在NCI不良反应评价标准2级及以上周围神经病变者。
③停用治疗或预防周围神经病变药物达2周及以上者。
④中医辨证以气虚血瘀为主证。
⑤预计生存期3个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

① Those who were diagnosed as malignant tumor by pathology and received chemotherapy with paclitaxel.

② Those with peripheral neuropathy of grade 2 or above in NCI adverse reaction evaluation criteria within 1 month to 2 years after stopping chemotherapy.

③ Those who stop using drugs to treat or prevent peripheral neuropathy for 2 weeks or more.

④ TCM syndrome differentiation is mainly characterized by qi deficiency and blood stasis.

⑤ The expected survival period is more than 3 months.

排除标准：

①由其他非化疗药物所致的周围神经病变者或原本存在可能引起末梢感觉异常的糖尿病者。
②正在接受可能引起神经毒性的其他药物治疗的患者，如乙胺丁醇、苯妥英钠等。
③合并有心、肝、肾、免疫和造血系统等严重疾病者。
④孕妇、哺乳期妇女。
⑤因恐针、对不锈钢针过敏等原因不能接受针刺治疗患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Peripheral neuropathy caused by other non chemotherapy drugs or diabetes that may cause peripheral sensory abnormalities.
② Patients undergoing treatment with other drugs that may cause neurotoxicity, such as ethambutol, phenytoin sodium, etc.
③ Those with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, immune system and hematopoietic system.
④ Pregnant women and lactating women.
⑤ Patients who cannot accept acupuncture treatment due to fear of needles, allergy to stainless steel needles and other reasons.
