研究目的：

将苯磺酸瑞马唑仑应用于声带息肉切除术中的麻醉诱导与维持与丙泊酚进行对比，于诱导前（T0）、插入气管导管（T1）、手术开始（T2）、手术结束（T3）和拔管（T4）时记录MAP、HR、SpO2、Ramsay评分。记录镇静起效时间、手术时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间和PACU停留时间，记录术中及术后不良反应的发生情况，如低血压、心动过缓、呛咳、体动反应、苏醒期躁动和术后恶心呕吐发生情况等。记录患者术后苏醒质量以及术前、术后1d、术后3d的恢复质量-15量表评分。分析苯磺酸瑞马唑仑应用于声带息肉切除术中的临床效果，观察其有效性、安全性和可行性，为完善临床麻醉方案、提高患者满意度提供相关参考研究。  

Objectives of Study：

The anesthesia induction and maintenance of remazolam besylate in vocal cord polyposectomy were compared with propofol. MAP, HR, SpO2 and Ramsay scores were recorded before induction (T0), insertion of endotracheal tube (T1), start of operation (T2), end of operation (T3) and extubation (T4). The onset time of sedation, operation time, recovery time, extubation time and PACU stay time were recorded, and the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions, such as hypotension, bradycardia, cough, body movement reaction, recovery agitation, postoperative nausea and vomiting were recorded. The quality of recovery after operation and the quality of recovery -15 scale scores before operation, 1 day and 3 days after operation were recorded. To analyze the clinical effect of remazolam besylate in vocal cord polyposectomy, and to observe its effectiveness, safety and feasibility, so as to provide relevant reference research for improving clinical anesthesia program and improving patient satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①ASA分级为I或II级；②年龄18~60岁、BMI为18~25kg/㎡。③愿意接受试验研究治疗并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①ASA grade I or II; ② Age 18 to 60 years old, BMI of 18 to 25kg/㎡. ③ Willing to accept the trial and study treatment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①有严重的心 、脑 、肺 、肝 、肾和代谢疾病病史者。②有酗酒史、安眠药服用史者。 ③术前高血压患者收缩压>180mmHg和（或）舒张压＞110mmHg。④有神经肌肉系统疾病 、精神疾病者。⑤怀疑有滥用麻醉性镇痛药或镇静药者。⑥已知对苯二氮卓类药物和阿片类药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with a history of severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases. (2) have a history of alcoholism, sleeping pills. ③ Preoperative systolic blood pressure >180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg in hypertensive patients. ④ People with neuromuscular system diseases and mental diseases. ⑤ Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives. ⑥ People with known allergies to benzodiazepines and opioids.
